Happy Lunar New Year to all!
2008 had been an eventful year.
This year CNY comes abit too early; we just celebrated Christmas and Countdown, and now, CNY is here... The economic downturn has also affected the celebration of CNY in some ways. People are tightening their belts, and perhaps as we grew older, we no longer enjoy such festivals as kids do.
However, for the sake of our future generation, such tranditions should be preserved, even if we adults may no longer enjoy it. Of course, it will be best if we can enjoy and preserve our traditions at the same time... But well, you know how complicated and contradicting human beings can be, else some people will not 'flee' to another country for 'holidays' during the CNY.
Here are some pics taken on CNY day 1 (26 Jan) and 2 (27 Jan).
Will post more pics of day 1 when I get the pics from my dad.
