Today is Christmas Eve! It had been pouring since morning and hence very cooling weather!
Liyan and family came over tonight for simple potluck and watched a DVD on Christmas titled Polar Express. And yes, we ate logcake and exchanged presents for the kids only.
Tonight's 'celebration' is not so much for the adults but rather, for the kids. Since Liyan has only one daughter, and I one son, we've decided to come together on Christmas Eve.
Who's knows, this may even become a yearly event, where we take turns to go to each other's house on this special day, and may even include more families in the future!
Hopefully we can have a better celebration next year!
I told Keane to exchange this present with Crystal.
He was reluctant as he insisted that I bought it for him.
